Terms of Use
By creating an account or using NexGrant, you agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
What NexGrant is
NexGrant helps you find, evaluate, plan, write, submit, and manage grant funding. It organizes information and assists your work. NexGrant does not submit applications to funders on your behalf unless a specific integration explicitly states otherwise. Submission remains your organization's action and responsibility.
No guarantee
NexGrant does not guarantee grant eligibility, award, funding, or regulatory compliance. Fit Scores, AI-generated summaries, and drafted narratives are decision-support tools, not determinations. You are responsible for independently verifying every eligibility rule, deadline, and requirement with the official funder before applying.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate organization and application information.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Use NexGrant lawfully and in line with each funder's own terms.
- Comply with the terms of any grant your organization pursues or receives.
- Review all AI-assisted content before submitting it anywhere.
Subscriptions
Paid plans (NexGrant Pro and NexGrant Organization) are billed through the App Store at the price shown at purchase, and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Required legal information and account deletion remain available to you regardless of subscription status. They are never placed behind a paywall.
Termination
You may stop using NexGrant and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service (for example, attempting to access another organization's data).
Changes
We'll update this page if these terms change materially, and update the effective date above.
