Delete Your Account
You can delete your Secure Lanes account at any time, directly from the app or by contacting our support team. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Account deletion is permanent.
Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered. Any active bookings or pending payouts will be cancelled or processed before deletion completes.
Delete from the App

Open the Secure Lanes app on your iPhone.

Tap your profile avatar (top right of the Services screen) or go to the Profile tab.

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Settings."

Tap "Delete Account."

Read the confirmation screen, then tap Delete to confirm.

Your account will be deleted and you will be signed out.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us at hello@securelanes.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Happens to Your Data
Deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
- Your booking history (anonymized, not deleted, for legal/financial records)
- Payment method tokens (Stripe tokens are revoked)
- Push notification tokens
- In-app messages and chat history
Retained (anonymized)
- Anonymized transaction records (required for financial compliance, 7 years)
- Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data for platform analytics
